Digital Marketing Manager
We're looking for a driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead growth across our product portfolio — SafeJourney, WhoGoWinAm, and NaijaHomes. You'll own the marketing strategy, build our brand presence, and drive user acquisition across Nigeria and Africa.
What You'll Do
- ▸Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all products
- ▸Manage social media accounts (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- ▸Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- ▸Create compelling content — blog posts, newsletters, product launches
- ▸Build partnerships with influencers, media, and communities
- ▸Track metrics and optimize campaigns for user growth and engagement
- ▸Coordinate product launches and PR activities
What We're Looking For
- ✓2+ years experience in digital marketing
- ✓Strong understanding of Nigerian/African market
- ✓Experience with social media management tools
- ✓Excellent copywriting skills in English (Pidgin is a bonus)
- ✓Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics
- ✓Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- ✓Passion for tech and Africa's growth story

- ★Experience marketing SaaS or tech products
- ★Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma)
- ★SEO/content marketing experience

Sales & Business Development Executive
We're looking for a hungry, results-driven Sales & BD Executive to take our products — starting with eWait — directly to businesses across Lagos and beyond. You'll be the face of Selina Technologies on the ground, converting leads into paying customers.
What You'll Do
- ▸Identify and approach potential business customers (banks, hospitals, restaurants, salons, government offices)
- ▸Conduct product demos and onboard new businesses onto eWait
- ▸Build and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools
- ▸Close deals and hit monthly sign-up and revenue targets
- ▸Gather customer feedback and relay to the product team
- ▸Represent Selina Technologies at events, meetups, and business hubs
- ▸Expand into new cities as we grow (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan)
What We're Looking For
- ✓1+ years experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development
- ✓Strong communication and persuasion skills
- ✓Comfortable walking into businesses cold and pitching
- ✓Based in Lagos with willingness to travel
- ✓Self-motivated — you don't need to be micromanaged
- ✓Smartphone + reliable internet (for demos and CRM)
- ✓Understanding of Nigerian SME landscape
Bonus Points
- ★Experience selling SaaS or tech products
- ★Existing network of business owners
- ★Experience with POS companies (Moniepoint, Opay) or fintech sales
- ★Pidgin English fluency (for market-level pitches)
